The authentic African dinner will be created by Chef and Owner of Seoul 4 Soul, Kimsimone Manning. Kim owns Seoul 4 Soul, downtown Springfield at 406 E. Adams above Buzz Bomb Brewing Company. Kim is well known for her fabulous recipes and has been in the culinary space for over 22 years.
