We know the things we’re supposed to do for wellness – eat healthy, drink water, get your steps. But do we know how to employ purpose, patience and grace in our wellness journey? Dr. Nicole Florence, co-medical director of the Memorial Wellness Center, will discuss how making those mental adjustments can have major impacts in making life changes. Women juggle so many responsibilities in our many roles. Learn how employing purpose, patience and grace can help you reframe your mindset and see the big picture as you focus on your health.

Our luncheons are open to all IWIL members and their guests. Registration is $22 for members and guests through April 12 9; $27 on or after April 13. Online Registration will close on April 15!
