Practicing "Extra Grace Day" to others and ourselves

How can we intentionally extend grace to others and ourselves, especially in busy and achievement-oriented lives? There are a few strategies to understand each other better and constructively engage in a difficult conversation.

Do you feel overwhelmed, tired, and stressed? Perhaps you feel resentful at times after taking care of others around you. Let's extend grace to ourselves and permit ourselves to recharge in a simple yet effective method that has helped transform many lives.

Learning objectives:

  • Recognize the process of engaging in difficult conversations
  • Describe key strategies to reach a shared understanding
  • Identify ways to incorporate how to renew your mind, body, and spirit
