Join Illinois Women In Leadership as we get creative at LLCC's Culinary Institute! We will be creating our own charcuterie boards, touring the LLCC facility, and enjoying social time in the Bistro Verde. Cocktails and mocktails will be available.

AGENDA

5:45   Arrive and tour LLCC facility
6:00   Lesson on charcuterie (selecting cheese varieties, cured meats, garnishes and arranging demo) and & lesson on assembling cocktails (flavors, syrups, garnishes)
6:15 - 7:00 Participants will assemble charcuterie boards in small groups
7:00   Social hour in Bistro Verde with charcuterie boards and cocktails/mocktails

This event is open to all IWIL members and their guests. Registration is limited to 40 attendees for this event. 

*IWIL is unable to provide refunds.  If you cannot attend an event for which you have registered, we encourage you to send someone in your place. Simply have your guest indicate at the check-in table that she is your substitute.  We appreciate your understanding.
