REACH for What You’re Worth is an interactive workshop that will provide tips and resources to help you feel more confident and comfortable engaging in negotiations regarding salary and benefits with grace. Be prepared to work with a partner and to share any resources you’ve found useful in the past.  

Kathyy Battee-Freeman currently serves as Director of the UIS Career Development Center; Co-President of the American Association of University Women, Springfield Illinois Branch; and Co-Chair for the National Career Development Association, technology committee. She believes that now more than ever, people - especially women, need to give themselves and others grace as we navigate the ebbs and flows of our lives and that the best leaders do so effortlessly.

Our luncheons are open to all IWIL members and their guests. Registration is $22 for members and guests through January 20; $27 on or after January 21. Online Registration will close on January 24 and walk-ins are welcome at the event!
