What is the one thing that helps us navigate the complexities of human peculiarity and helps us live with, work with and lead people effectively? Well, it is summed up in one word. GRACE! Something so simple yet messy, offensive to some, and complicated. Did you know that the word GRACE has over 22 different definitions? We're all looking for grace but have the most challenging time putting it into practice. 

About our Speaker
Steve Thomas, a local Springfield resident, doesn’t like to call himself a motivational speaker yet someone that challenges you to look at things with a new perspective. Steve helps you to rethink leadership, people and teams. One of Steve’s specialties is “grace”, the 2022-2023 IWIL program theme.  

Our luncheons are open to all IWIL members and their guests. Registration is $22 for members and guests through August 12; $27 on or after August 13. Online Registration will close on August 16 and walk-ins are welcome at the event!

*IWIL is unable to provide refunds.  If you cannot attend an event for which you have registered, we encourage you to send someone in your place. Simply have your guest indicate at the check-in table that she is your substitute. We appreciate your understanding.
