Inspire & Empower: One for You-One for Me, Mentor-Mentee (Multi-Generational Panel)

august

IWIL strives to inspire and empower its community of professional women, breaking down industry and generational barriers to cultivate personal growth and career advancement.   IWIL wants to encourage you to grow your network – seeking and offering mentorship to one another.

As an IWIL member you have access to a fellowship of professional women (AKA mentors/mentees) who are eager to learn from one another, and to share their knowledge and talents to improve the community in which we all live.  When you participate in IWIL luncheons, special events & committees, you naturally grow your network of mentors and mentees.

This month’s luncheon will feature a multi-generational panel of women who will share how they have established mentor/mentee relationships in their personal and professional lives.  Their tips & stories will inspire you to seek on another differently, to share what you know and seek out what you don’t know. We wish to urge, encourage and inspire each IWIL member to step just outside of her comfort zone and sit with, talk to and get to know someone new.  One never knows what kind of friendship is one conversation away!
